As a new employee with us, you will receive a solid introduction including basic training in Signs of Safety and other methods used by the team.
Your future tasks
The execution activity conducts preventive, support, and treatment interventions for children, youth, families, and adults.
We work based on Signs of Safety, which is an evidence-based risk assessment model that is based on clinical social work.
The approach is solution-focused where the collaborative alliance between the therapist and the individual is a central prerequisite, and where we explore and utilize the individual's network with a focus on safety and security.
In your daily work, you will have support from colleagues and your group manager. The work is organized according to the individual's needs and the mandate of the authority, and we work to match that with appropriate methods.
We work on annual working hours, which means that we primarily plan working hours according to the needs of the organization. The base is daytime, but you may also need to work evenings and weekends if that need arises.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in social work or behavioral sciences, such as a social worker, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or equivalent education deemed adequate by the employer.
We place great importance on previous experience and personal suitability, and we prefer that you have several years of experience in psychosocial change work and the ability to work independently.
As a person, you are secure, stable, and have good self-awareness, distinguishing between personal and professional. You are skilled at building trusting relationships with those you meet and enjoy working in a team. You actively contribute to group processes and a good working environment.
Furthermore, you take independent responsibility for structuring your tasks efficiently, being flexible, and always wanting to be part of the solution.
Since we work in a dynamic environment where every day can look different, it is important that you can remain calm even in a fast-paced environment and make well-informed decisions based on the information available. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are motivational in your work and inspire the individuals you meet to achieve their goals and purposes. As communication is central to the role, we expect you to communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
It is advantageous if you have good knowledge of change work and various types of treatment methods, as well as experience working with Signs of Safety.
A manual driver's license (B) is a requirement.
